This weekend has had me on my toes!  Saturday we went to Penticton to do our grocery shopping.  The stores didn’t seem that busy to me, but by the end of the day, I was ready to rip my own hair out.  Wal-mart and it’s cheap lighting and crowdedness REALLY got to me.  The fact that my insomnia is acting up again and I was tired as all hell didn’t help.  Thank goodness that’s done for another month.

Then Sunday was the day of my big business debut!  I took some time out to get a driving lesson in and discovered that I’m not a bad driver, but I can’t park worth a crap.  Must practice more.  Then I spent the rest of the day cleaning up my house and getting it all set up for my guests.  I only had three people turn up (of course my mom was one of them!  thank goodness for moms :)) but I was really okay with that.  I’m not *ahem* all that great at speaking in front of a crowd, so having such a small group was perfect.  I had a great time, and I think I’m really going to love doing this sort of thing.

This week should be a little more tame, no appointments, nothing that HAS to get done.  I’ll probably spend today putting my house back in order, placing another inventory order and making Willow more baby food (she likes the yams I made her but they don’t seem to be agreeing with her tummy lately.) It occured to me that Easter is coming up, which is pretty exciting seeing as it will be Willow’s first easter!  I will have remember to buy some eggs for decorating with Haley.

For now I think I’m just going to go back to bed, seeing as it’s the middle of the night 😛  G’night!
